St. Lucian golden sea moss is a nutrient dense algae that holds 90% of minerals and vitamins that your body needs for proper function. Our authentic sea moss is a rich source of iodine and is key to a healthy thyroid which can help regulate energy levels, and metabolism which aids in weight loss, body temperature, mood, heart rate, and blood pressure. Each 50g package will make approximately 32oz of sea moss gel. 

Dosage: Eat 1-2tbsp sea moss gel daily or enjoy as a face or hair mask.

Making Sea Moss Gel Directions: In a large glass bowl, thoroughly wash 25g-50g sea moss using purified/spring water rinsing several times until the water is clear. Fill bowl with fresh purified/spring water, filling 2 inches above the sea moss. Cover and let sit overnight, sea moss will expand as it rehydrates. Transfer rehydrated sea moss into a high powered blender, along with 1-2 cups of the sea moss water. Blend until smooth, adding additional water if needed to achieve desired consistency. Lastly blend in the juice of 1/2 to 1 lime, this will remove the 'fishy taste' from the finished sea moss gel. Store in a sealed mason jar in the refrigerator for up to 1month or freeze for up to 3 months. 

Precautions: Do not exceed recommended dosage. Do not take with an overactive thyroid. May interact or interfere with the effectiveness of some prescription medications. Always speak to a doctor before combining with any medications or existing health conditions. Keep out of reach of children. While herbs can offer some immediate benefits, there is also an accumulative effect, in some cases requiring 2-4 weeks of use for results.
