The Perfect Cup of Tea: Consider one or more of following herbs which can be used to complement the flavor and benefits skullcap 👉 chamomile, passion flower, lemon balm

To use: Add 1/2 tbsp. tea per 1 cup (8oz) of water to a tea bag. Add previously boiled water, cover and steep for 10-15 minutes. Drink by itself or sweeten with honey.
