A thoughtfully crafted fusion of Black Cohosh, Dong Quai and Chaste Tree Berry designed to promote hormonal equilibrium throughout the various stages of a woman's life. Black Cohosh lends its estrogenic effects to help relieve menopausal discomforts such as hot flashes and mood swings. Chaste Tree Berry contributes to menstrual cycle regularity by influencing estrogen and progesterone levels, and reducing PMS symptoms. Lastly Dong Quai, with its adaptogenic properties, supports hormonal balance and overall well-being during transitional phases. Together, these herbs synergistically address a spectrum of women's health concerns, offering a gentle and natural approach to hormonal balance.

Ingredients: premium grain alcohol, spring water, dong quai root (Angelica sinensis), chaste tree berry (Vitex agnus castus), black cohosh root (Cimicifuga racemosa)

Dosage: Shake well and take 1-2 dropperfuls, up to 3x a day under the tongue or empty dropper into coffee, tea juice or water and drink.

Precautions: Do not take during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with estrogen sensitive conditions or hormonal medications. May not be suitable with liver conditions or blood thinners. Always speak to a doctor before combining with any medications or existing health conditions. While herbs can offer some immediate benefits, there is also an accumulative effect, in some cases requiring several weeks of use for results.
