Peppermint Tea - Digestive Support, Refreshing, Calming, Relaxation, Nausea, Flu

Peppermint tea offers a cool, refreshing, minty flavor that not only revitalizes the senses but also brings a multitude of potential health advantages. Known for its digestive support, peppermint tea can soothe occasional indigestion, nausea caused by illness, motion or pregnancy and aid in overall digestive wellness. Can also be used to provide relief from mild headaches, naturally reduce fevers and contribute to a sense of relaxation. Peppermint tea can be enjoyed on its own as a hot or cold beverage, or as a complement to add a cool refreshing burst to other herbal teas.

Flavor Profile: Peppermint tea offers a refreshing, cooling, and invigorating flavor profile with a distinct minty taste that has a cooling effect on the palate. It can be both soothing and stimulating.

To use: Add 1/2 tbsp. tea per 1 cup (8oz) of water to a tea bag. Add previously boiled water, cover and steep for 10-15 minutes. Drink by itself or sweeten with honey.
