Oatstraw Herbal Tea - Milky Oats, Nervous System Support, Exhaustion, Fatigue, Nourishing Body Tonic

Oatstraw (aka milky oats) from the oat plant stems and green flowering tops (milky oats), presents a range of benefits valued in herbal wellness. Instructions: Steep 2 tsp in 1 cup hot water for 10-15min, strain and drink. Enjoy 1-4 cups a day.
