Level up is a productivity formula which includes lion's mane mushroom to help support memory, bring more focus, creativity, and mental clarity to even your most high-pressure days. Used along side the adaptogens ashwagandha and Siberian ginseng, this blend can help balance the adrenal glands. Ashwagandha calms the mind and body thus reduces the effects of daily stress and exhaustion. Siberian ginseng offers an uplifting stimulating benefit that helps to fight fatigue while boosting energy and concentration.

Ingredients: premium grain alcohol, spring water, lions mane mushroom (fruiting body), ashwagandha, siberian ginseng, lemon balm

Dosage: Shake well and take 1-2 dropperfuls, up to 3x a day under the tongue or empty dropper into a small glass of water, tea or juice and drink.

While herbs can offer some immediate benefits, there is also an accumulative effect, in some cases requiring several weeks of use for results.

Precautions: Do not take if pregnant/breastfeeding, with autoimmune diseases, thyroid or heart conditions. Do not take if allergic to mushrooms/ginseng. Do not take prior to bedtime. May reduce the effectivity of some prescription medications. Always speak to a doctor before combining with any medications or existing health conditions.

Store in cool dark place. The shelf life of tinctures may be up to 5 years when stored properly. All products are shrink wrapped and sealed for your protection.
