Ingredients: organic, sustainably wild harvested Chaga mushroom (Inonotus obliquus)

Directions: Add 1/2 tbsp. ground chaga per 1 cup (8oz) of water to a tea bag. Add previously boiled water, cover and steep for 10-15 minutes. Drink the elixir by itself, sweeten with honey and milk, or add to your tea, coffee or smoothie. Chaga can be used for multiple infusions.

While herbs can offer some immediate benefits, there is also an accumulative effect, in some cases requiring 2-4 weeks of use for results.
