Ingredients: premium grain alcohol, spring water, chaste tree berry (Vitex agnus castus)

Dosage: Shake well and take 1-3 dropperfuls, up to 3x a day if needed under the tongue or empty dropper into coffee, tea juice or water and drink.

Precautions: Do not take during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Use only on doctors advice with estrogen sensitive conditions or hormonal medications. Always speak to a doctor before combining with any medications or existing health conditions.
