Smooth Moves - Slippery Elm Bark, IBS, Colitis, GERD, Crohn's, Abdominal Conditions

Slippery elm contains mucilage, which creates a gel like substance when its mixed with water. When taken daily this helps to form a protective mucous coating over your stomach lining and digestive tract, assisting in nutrient absorption and bowel motility. Additionally slippery elm promotes the growth of good bacteria (prebiotics) which improves overall health. Recommended for the symptoms of IBS, leaky gut, frequent abdominal pain, frequent bloating and cramping, constipation, stomach ulcers, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD),Crohn's disease, diverticulitis and ulcerative colitis.

Ingredients: each capsule contains 350mg organic slippery elm, vegetarian capsules, non GMO, Kosher, Gelatin Free

Directions: For occasional heartburn or digestive concerns take 2 capsules each morning for 1-2 weeks. For chronic conditions take 2 capsules each morning for 30 days, then take 2-3 weeks off to assess if another 30days is required for the desired benefit. Repeat as needed. While herbs can offer some immediate benefits, there is also an accumulative effect, in some cases requiring 2-6 weeks or longer depending on condition for results.

Precautions: Do not exceed recommended daily dosage. Do not take 2 hours before or after other herbs or medications you may be taking. May interact with some prescription medications. Always speak to a holistic doctor before combining with prescription medications and individual health conditions.

Store in cool dark place. The shelf life of tinctures may be up to 5 years when stored properly.
