Peace of Mind - Anxiety, Panic, Daily Stress Relief

Peace of mind tincture contains an uplifting blend to help reduce the impact of daily stress and anxiety while quieting an overactive mind, calming nervousness and feelings of panic. By promoting energy and vitality, it helps to ease worry and fear while lifting the spirits and increasing a sense of wellbeing. Giving frayed nerves a much needed rest, peace of mind is formulated to calm, nourish and restore the nervous system helping to reverse long term nervous exhaustion.

Ingredients: alcohol, spring water, skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora), ashwaganda (Withania somnifera), lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), California poppy (eschscholzia californica), blue vervain (Verbena hastata), passionflower (Passiflora incarnata)

Dosage: Shake well and take 1-3 dropperfuls as needed under the tongue or empty dropper into coffee, tea, water or juice and drink. Repeat dosage after 2 hours if needed.

While herbs can offer some immediate benefits, there is also an accumulative effect, in some cases requiring 2-4 weeks of use for results. Do not exceed more than 4 doses in a 24 hour period.

Store in cool dark place. The shelf life of tinctures may be up to 5 years when stored properly. All products are shrink wrapped and sealed for your protection.
