Dosage: Shake well and take 1 dropperful daily under the tongue or empty dropper into a small glass of water or juice and drink. At the first signs of illness take 3-4 times throughout the day.

Tincture Ingredients: premium grain alcohol, org. elderberry (Sambucus nigra L.), org. ginger, org. lemon peel, org. ceylon cinnamon

Alcohol Free Glycerite Ingredients: food grade vegetable glycerin, spring water, org. elderberry (Sambucus nigra L.), org. ginger, org. lemon peel, org. ceylon cinnamon

Precautions: Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if you are or may be allergic to the European elder tree, flowers or it's fruit. Allergic reactions may include rash or difficulty breathing. People with immune problems might have reactions to elderberry. Not recommended for people taking diuretic medications.
