Ashwagandha Root - Anxiety, Depression, Energy, Stress, Exhaustion

Ashwagandha root tincture is a powerful adaptogen, good for enhancing the mind and body’s resilience to daily stress while improving overall well-being. This potent herb also provides many other health benefits, such as reducing symptoms of anxiety, and mild to moderate depression. Ashwagandha is also known as a rejuvenator due to its affinity for promoting energy, vitality, and alleviating chronic exhaustion.

Ingredients: alcohol, spring water, ashwagandha root (Withania Somnifera)

Dosage: Shake well and take 1-2 dropperfuls, 1-3x a day under the tongue or empty dropper into a small glass of water, tea or juice and drink.

Precautions: Large doses of ashwagandha might cause stomach upset, diarrhea, and vomiting. Do not take if pregnant or breastfeeding, or with auto-immune diseases. Do not combine with medications for thyroid conditions, immunosuppressants, sedatives, diabetes, high blood pressure.
Always speak to a holistic doctor before combining with other medications or existing health conditions.

Keep out of reach of children.

Store in cool dark place. The shelf life of tinctures may be up to 5 years when stored properly.
